اللي اسسها توفيق الحكم و كان فيها طه حسين و العقاد وكثير من الفنانين
للدفاع عن حقوق الحمير و لتكريم هذا الحيوان اللي هضم حقه التاريخ رغم انه اعظم الحيوانات المتفانيه في خدمه البشريه دون مقابل
